Diana Rawdon
Vice President of commercial lending

Diana Rawdon is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in commercial lending. With a background in managing commercial divisions in both banking and credit unions, Diana possesses extensive expertise in credit department development, credit policy formulation, and lending product creation. She has also demonstrated her entrepreneurial prowess by successfully launching a small business, where she secured an impressive $65 million in private equity capital. In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Diana was responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions of the company.

Originally hailing from St. Louis, Missouri, Diana has spent the majority of her adult life in Edmond, Oklahoma, where she currently resides with her family. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma, which has provided her with a solid foundation in her field.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Diana enjoys engaging in various hobbies and activities. She is an avid skier and runner, and she takes great pleasure in attending her children’s sporting events and activities. Family time holds great importance to her. In her community, Diana serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the YWCA and the Assistance League of Oklahoma City. Furthermore, she actively participates in the Decoration Committee as a Co-Chair for the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) at her children’s school. She is deeply committed to being a dedicated homeroom mom, as well as a proud travel hockey mom. As a true enthusiast, Diana is a devoted supporter of the Sooners.
